Custom attributes
Rather than make several copies of a file and store it in different folders, assign as many attributes (tags) as you want to a single copy and retrieve it easily using any of the tags at any time.
For instance, label a file “File #123”, “client X”, “project Y”, “project manager Z”, “invoice” and “tax 2012” to cover all the file’s uses and users.
Tagging options can be left completely open or can be structured around a fixed set of tags that can be standardized throughout your business.
Workspaces and workflow
View project evolution past and future by grouping several axes onto the same timeline.
Custom bundles of axes are easily created and can also become pre-set workspaces that are ready every time you are.
Put your emails on an axis, Project A files on another axis and Project B’s on a third one. Save this as a workspace and choose from your list of workspaces every time you log in.
Sharing and access rights
Grant some teammates full editing rights and others read-only rights. Once access rights are set up, sharing takes place intrinsically without further notifications required.
Visually distinctive features
Visually distinctive features further define files shared in a community of users.
Make your files and edits easily recognizable by choosing from a range of visually distinctive features. Colleagues and family members will instantly know who has made the last changes to documents.
